Bach flower remedies are a form of vibrational energy, medicine, or that operate on the psychological and spiritual levels. Currently, the countermeasures are used mainly for treating emotional problems, but those who engage in physical illness, you can use too often. These remedies can be safely combined with other treatments and have side effects (except possibly in cases where alcohol is forbidden, because they contain traces of Brandy as a preservative). Remember that they are complementary, not alternative, orthodox medicine, and that do not offer direct treatment for the disease in question. Each person requires a different combination of countermeasures and a maximum of six flowers can be mixed within the same treatment.
Primary purpose is helping to relieve emotional pain, caused by disease, making it easier to cope in a more positive and I found that about 80% of clients in a practice of benefit in this respect. Here are some examples of the flowers which may be useful:
Understandable fear and anxiety about the disease itself or of the potential medical treatment or surgical: Mimulus
The sense of impurity or "body image" problems such as infections, may accompany the skin lesions or treatment of serious: Crab Apple
Shock or grief upon hearing the bad news: the Star of Bethlehem or Rescue Remedy "
Difficulties in decision-making, such as choosing between two types of treatment: June or Cerato
Flower remedies do not suppress these natural negative feelings, but to help bring them to the surface of consciousness, so that they can be processed and released and replaced by their positive equivalents.
Another objective is to strengthen the capacity of self healing. Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) taught that the imbalance of the mind and spirit plays a major role in causing disease and that its flower, helping to improve such measures that would promote the recovery. In his classic text short Heal milowal Bach explained the disease within the framework of a learning experience, an opportunity for positive transformation and reorientation to one of the true path in life.
Many reportedly intuitive Bach in this area since then have been validated by research showing that negative mental State, combined with the biological risk factors, which predysponuje the physical disease, including those of the main conditions as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Link to mind, body is complex, consisting of many aspects. Emotional has a direct effect on the physiology, including neurological, endocrine and immune systems; may lead to behavioral choices affecting health; and colors the perception of bodily sensations.
Examples of features that may have contributed to the development of the disease or hamper its recovery and can be helped by remedies flower would be:
Impatience and nervousness: Impatiens
Pessimistic or hopeless outlook: gorse and gentian
Too strong sense of duty leading to overwork and exhaustion: Oak
Excessive self discipline and self-denial: Rock water
Change 'maladaptive ' personality traits, such as they are meaningful for its own benefit, but it carries no guarantee of improving physical because medical prognosis depends on many different factors.
True healing is not only prejudices horses as positive or negative. It also includes, start feeling the love and joy and activity, which are used to fulfill a sense of purpose in life. This could pose a challenge for those who have a mental "blocks" prevention, recognizing or after their real phone. Here again the flower remedies can help. Examples:
For those who lack the confidence to make full use of their talents: Larch
For those who give priority to others ' needs too much on your own: Centaury
For those who want to do something meaningful about their service, but do not know what is: wild oats
On Bach emotional history of the discovery does not require a detailed analysis of the deep, but it is the process of gently at his own pace. Different flowers may be needed to deal with the problem, as demonstrated in layers: ' zeskrobujac the onion ".
