Martial Arts and body-mind connection

THE BODY/MIND CONNECTION

Writing blogs is not easy. Especially start work. The hardest part is finding the first sentence of the first line of thought. However, I found a way of obtaining the juices flowing, creative writing. I usually sit down to write, after intensive several rounds on heavy bag. After finishing, beating up their foes filled with skin feel renewed and refocused and inspiration seems to only flow. It is a small trick that never me.

Interesting is that this trick is not new. It became around at least a few thousand years. "he that tradition is the way to the Bodhidharma Temple discovered the Shaolin monks, Shaolin were also weak and puny. They had no external strength and thus seemed to struggle with internal power also. When considering the cold could not help but frailly chatter and shiver. Bodhidharma at his personal coach and martial arts instructor hat and went to work with them, teaching, their head and tedious form of walk, on the basis of a strategy to fight the various animals. Over time, Shaolin monks became known for both huge internal and external strength. Bodhidharma knew very much related internal and external world, and that the improvement of one gives more backing to improve the other.

To see this for yourself, just ask yourself that the most productive Center and able to take advantage of its potential--after sleep, healthy breakfast and morning jog? Or perhaps after a late night, lazy morning and junk food breakfast? I'm betting you can pick the first one.

Unfortunately, as culture, we have been taught to deny, what is obvious. Many people have turned into floating heads, thinking that their experience of life is carried out only in their ability to reason and think. They forget their how to feel. They become robots. Zest for life, adrenalin, coursing through the veins rich in blood, fiery Passion and excitement are slowly drained and reminder. And in its place is dimmed down to awareness, somewhat more numb, somewhat more obsolete.

Are you ready to shake off some of the dust has settled on a system? Are you ready to reawaken all who has dozed inside of you? It's time to reconnect to the more primitive, animal self. It's time to refresh and renew your body and mind. It's time to read some weights, go to the performance or Show this class kickboxing, which you can keep missing. You'll feel better for it and productivity will jump through the roof.
