What are these natural forces in the US? They thought, action, and how we live our daily life. Our ability to love, forgive and grateful cultivates peace and contentment. Accept ourselves and others with compassion and kindness, nurtures the body and soul. When we're with other connected building and maintenance between them we're healthier. Physical strength in the us are the spirit of the people.
Our potential to achieve and maintain good health and well being is rooted in our spirituality. We know that gratitude, compassion and love to promote good health. Now medical sciences is to better understand how our mind and emotions directly impact our health and well-being.
Recent research carried out jointly by the University of Kansas, and Gallop World poll gives us an understanding of the association between health and emotion. Research shows that positive emotions are very important for maintaining physical health and well being of God. Research has been conducted in over 150,000 adults worldwide. Participants were asked questions about whether their basic necessities such as food, shelter and personal security, respectively, are met. Different emotions such as happiness, sadness and worry were questioned as well as physical health problems, including pain, and fatigue was asked. Researchers were surprised to discover that the link between emotions and physical health was greater than the association between health and basic needs such as food. Even without adequate shelter or food, positive emotions showed increasing health protection. The link was also the strongest of the poorest countries examined. [1]
Research funded by the National Institute on Aging found that psychological well-being has a positive impact in the long term health and well being among the weaker. The lack of formal education once was considered a powerful predictor of relatively ill-health and early death. Scientists are now finding, if healthy, have a sense of purpose in life, accept the current situation of life and have strong relationships with the other is less likely to suffer ill health. [3]
Until recently, most studies looking at the relationship between mental health and physical health, focuses on how psychopathology (depression and anxiety) physical health. Now research is finding that young people be happier healthier youth. Positive emotions and moods, Self satisfaction with life are just as or probably more important in determining the future of health. It is one of the first look at both positive and negative mental health indicators for health physical examination conducted by the University of South Florida. Generally good physical health was strongly associated with life satisfaction, a sense of proud with a strong reference. [2]
Three factors are necessary for the body physiologic ability to maintain a balance of good health: controlling inflammation, immune system building and cellular structure/longevity. Our emotions and spirit have an impact on what factors the three lie at the heart of well-being.
Positive emotions enhance the immune system, especially the production of T-cells, which gives us the ability to prevent and fight off the infection. T-cell and all cells in the human body have DNA on the end of their chromosomes, which is responsible for the structure and integrity of each cell. This DNA sequence is called a Telomer. These telomeres tend to shorten each time, which divides the cell. When telomeres drops below a certain cell dies. Telomerase is an enzyme that has the potential to promote longevity of cells in our immune system and is activated when the feel of content (happy) and in the room. Role of Telomerase lengthens telomeres and is rebuild. Activity of Telomerase is linked between psychological stress and health.
It is well known and accepted that prolonged, excessive or chronic stress and is the causative factor in many acute or a chronic illness and disease, including; Diabetes, hypertension and heart disease and are the most prevalent health problems, particularly in the United States.
Inflammation is a natural response in situations potentially harmful for the human body, and when properly physiologically is the recourse, when we're in dangerous situations. Frequent or chronic stimulation system inflammatory responses, such as chronic stress, increases our risk of disease and illness. Research carried out by the Institute of the National Heart Lung and blood that a direct connection between depression and its resurgence of events, the action of the heart. In people who have depression of a heart attack (myocardial infarction) of heart attack often led to another major event of the heart within 6 months to one year. Depression increases the production of Interleukin-6, inflammatory proteins, which affects the heart muscle can cause myocardial infarction (heart attack).
Our potential to achieve and maintain good health and well being is rooted in our spirituality. We are well and enjoy good health. Power had ourselves, and the other is inside each of us.
