Habits are part of what one day, most of them are so deeply attached to each person, easily become transparently and requires effort performed. Consequently, our "lazy" brain is ready to take action that has been done before, and therefore are known. However, the same brain "lazy" shows resistance to what is new and constitutes a change to the previous oglade. Overcoming this barrier is the art of creating new habits.

Habit formation has long studied the world of consumer products and services. While innovation and success are deeply linked, badly implemented innovation is the source of failure. It seems widely easy ... but really is not! Innovation is really at the risk of open innovation and societies deserve praise mortally.

It is very extensive exercises to create rules about the habits of formations, which may vary so much. But overall, and focus on new products and services that change the way we live and do things, there are basically 5 rules for effective creation of the habit of new and need to co-exist so that they can be overcome, our brain creates ourselves.
