The party we hear about being "in the moment" or present in our lives. This is beneficial to our lives lots of reasons. Our brains have to be de-cluttered. We have been constantly remembering the past or think about the future, our minds are dispersed and not focused on the here and now. For some of us it is difficult to determine whether we are in our life. Here are some tips:
1. you're making lots of small mistakes
A few weeks ago, I was sympathetic to my car out of the garage when he heard a crash. I have banged My side mirrors on the side of the garage and rounded it off. I realized immediately that, and so many of the coming day, which I even looked to see if I was going to hit the garage thinking. This is an excellent example of what can happen when they are living in now.
2. You're guarding things
Ever feel so dispersed and out of your mind that you can't even remember the simplest things? Your brain needs a focus to take part in the actual details of the busy life.
3. you have the concept of what he said in the conversation
I feel so bad when someone is talking to me and I think at the end of the conversation, that I don't know what the person just said. Not only is not as respectful to someone else, but it robs me of creating a connection with that person.
4. Time passes without the user first (TV, drives)
Watch a movie, a TV can be very entertaining and so very needed a break, but keep in mind that your brain just wander and zone. A few hours pass without notice, that is, the time that will never see again.
5. it should be noted or appreciated, what is right in front of the
How many times someone told you something like "wow that was a cool, do you see that?". The truth is wanted on it, but do not notice a thing.
If you know these clues take them as a sign of what is happening around you at any time. Currently living places you can with the spirit of your in-house, others and the world around you.
